Shipping and returning your package

For products in stock, packages are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. They are shipped via DPD (Exapacq), DHL, and La Poste with a tracking number that will be sent to you by email and delivered against signature.

In case of stock shortage (indicated in the descriptions) or for personalized products, an additional delay will be necessary, which can be up to 45 days after validation of the files, for personalized products.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. Additional taxes may apply to certain destinations (outside the EU and French overseas territories).

Pick up your package on site

You can collect your package from the FMS premises, located in Soorts-Hossegor, in the Landes (40), within two working days after receipt of payment, subject to product availability (indicated when ordering).

Return of your package

In the event that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, all the necessary information for the return of the product will be communicated to you via the withdrawal form, available from your customer account (by clicking on your name in the top right corner).

In accordance with the applicable law, as set out in the general terms and conditions of sale.
