Depending on the destination country, parcels are shipped via DHL, Chronopost, DPD, or Seur.

Standard shipping costs vary depending on the destination. They are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address.

As shipping costs can vary significantly, we need to adjust them regularly. Therefore, shipping rates may change. You will see the exact shipping cost when placing your order.

When will my order be shipped?

The delivery time for your order depends on the destination country, the shipping method selected, and the carrier. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times in cases of force majeure (including natural disasters, civil unrest, wars, or significant changes in economic or business conditions).

In general, once your order has been placed, delivery takes between 7 and 20 business days.

Order Process

  • Once your order has been confirmed, it is usually processed within a maximum of 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • After processing, your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

  • As soon as your package is delivered, you will receive a confirmation email.
