Eco-responsibility: a fundamental element of our DNA
Adopting an eco-responsible approach is not a choice for us, it's a commitment. We have selected our suppliers with the utmost care, prioritizing short supply chains for a reduced environmental impact. The majority of ToyBoard® materials are proudly produced in France and assembled in the Southwest. Our eco-design has been rigorously assessed by the Landes Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) and the Bayonne Pays Basque Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), which has allowed us to understand and improve the life cycle of our product, from raw materials to end-of-life.
Handcrafted touch: Sewing and cutting
The impeccable finishing touches – from the discreet little pocket concealing the zipper for a touch of style and security, to the precise stitching – are the work of our skilled artisans at Puyoo. Their constant dedication to improving designs and seams ensures that every ToyBoard cover is not only functional, but also a true work of art.
Eco-friendly printing: leave your mark, responsibly
Our covers come to life in Biarritz, France, where they are screen-printed with water-based, solvent-free inks. This sustainable sublimation process allows us to use only the necessary amount of ink, thus reducing waste and our environmental impact.
Innovative foam injection: minimizing waste
The foam injection process, a crucial step in our production, has been optimized to minimize material waste, reducing it to almost zero. This operation, although located away from our headquarters on the Basque Coast, takes place in Aveyron, in Séverac-le-Château, a partner in whom we have absolute confidence for the quality of the foam they supply.
Logistics with heart
For our warehousing and shipping needs, we collaborate with FACYLITIES MULTI SERVICES in Peyherohade, an organization that proudly employs 80% of its staff from reintegration programs. This partnership is fully aligned with our vision of community and social responsibility.
