To use your ToyBoard® safely and achieve the best results, please read and follow these instructions.

INTRODUCING THE TOYBOARD®

A versatile piece of sports equipment, it's a balance board unlike any other.

ToyBoard® PRO Collection : Designed for intensive use, ideal for indoor and outdoor use, and suitable for professional environments.

Made in southwest France, the ToyBoard® is a surf-inspired foam balance board crafted from high-quality materials. Fun and engaging, its elongated shape and comfortable surface allow you to work all parts of your body in any position. Improve your muscle strength, tone, balance, coordination, posture, and physique simply by surfing and having fun. An essential tool for your fitness and appearance, accessible to everyone!

INDICATIONS

• Lack of motivation for physical activity, in both children and adults
• Need to push my limits and increase the difficulty
• Limited space for a complete physical activity
• Lack of tone, muscle strength, and dynamism
• Conversely, excessive activity level
• Functional rehabilitation and treatment of neurological, cerebral and muscular pathologies
• Problems with balance, concentration, coordination and general motor skills
• Reduced mobility, lack of flexibility, fear of imbalance, fall prevention
• Want to relive the feeling of surfing?

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Do not use the ToyBoard® in the following cases:

• Against medical advice. If in doubt, consult your doctor, who can determine if you have any physical limitations that may pose a risk or prevent the correct use of the ToyBoard®.
• Do not use in water.

WARNINGS

• Any use of the ToyBoard® outside of the contexts mentioned and authorized in this manual may result in injuries for which we cannot be held responsible.
• Children under 6 years of age must be supervised by an adult who is familiar with the proper use of the ToyBoard®.
• In case of injury, any use of the ToyBoard® outside of your treatment must be approved by your healthcare professional.
• People with disabilities should obtain prior medical advice. Supervised use by a professional is recommended.
• If you are following a structured sports program, it is advisable to seek the advice of your coach.
• Avoid overexertion: if you experience chest pain or discomfort, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, nausea or shortness of breath, stop exercising immediately and consult your doctor.
• If you suffer from heart disease, medical advice is necessary, as with any potentially intense physical activity.
• If you are over 65 and have reduced mobility, supervision by a qualified professional is recommended to avoid any risk of injury.

COMPOSITION

The ToyBoard® is made of dense and durable foam, specially designed to optimally support children and adults up to 110 kg.

Note: This cover is machine washable! Here's a tutorial on how to remove the cover from your ToyBoard®.

USE

• At home: Leave the ToyBoard® accessible for free use by everyone, without time or usage limits.
• In a medical practice: Suitable for children and adults, it must be used under the supervision of a professional who will provide appropriate instructions.
• In sports: From fitness to performance, it will become your best ally with no limits of use, except your own.

SIDE EFFECTS

• In very rare cases, it can cause an irresistible urge to go surfing.

INSTALLATION / SAFETY

• Inspection: Before each use, visually inspect your ToyBoard®. Check the zipper and ensure the slider is properly protected by the flap.
• Usage environment: Whether at home, in a clinic, or at the gym, use the ToyBoard® on a flat surface, away from sharp objects, with sufficient space around you. The floor can be smooth for rotational exercises, or equipped with non-slip mats for added stability.
• Footwear: The FAMILY models are ideally worn barefoot or with socks. The SPORT HEALTH models can also be worn with shoes.
• Intended Use: Use the ToyBoard® only according to the manufacturer's instructions. Do not modify the equipment or use any non-recommended accessories.
• Your ToyBoard® is now ready for safe use.

FIRST STEPS

• Before you begin, make sure you are comfortable getting on and off the dynamic surface in all directions.
• Practice first by slowly stepping onto the ToyBoard placed face down on the ground (see Fig. A).
• Then turn the ToyBoard® over, place one foot on it, step up and then down. Repeat several times, alternating legs (see Fig. B).
• Once you feel comfortable, you can start to find your balance and practice on the ToyBoard®.
• If you lose your balance, simply step down by placing one foot on the ground, then the other, as if going down a step.

MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

Your ToyBoard® has been carefully designed to require very little maintenance and offer you an optimal experience. For this reason, we recommend:

• Keep your ToyBoard® clean: Wipe away sweat, dust, or any other residue with a towel after each use. Soap and water can be used to clean stains if necessary. The FAMILY models have a removable cover that is machine washable at 60°C.
• Do not store your ToyBoard® in direct contact with other surfaces. The foam, being flexible, can take the shape of objects placed on it. It will return to its original shape, but this may take some time.
• Avoid sharp or abrasive objects: Keep the covers away from sharp or abrasive objects that could damage or puncture them.
